Registration
Participants are required to subtmit
the registration form and pay registration fee. The registration fee for regular
participants and students includes: participation in all scientific sessions, scientific materials (a technical program,
an abstract book, and stationary goods), mid-session refreshments, welcome reception, and banquet. The fee for
accompanying persons does not include the scientific materials.
As for methods of payment, you can select either bank transfer or on-site payment. Note that a discounted registration
fee can be selected ONLY if you pay it by bank transfer NO LATER THAN October 10. Also, on-site payment is
acceptable in cash, in JPY currency ONLY . (No credit-card payment available!)

Cancellation and Refund
If you have already registered and find that you are not able to come, you must notify the Organizing Committee
(email: rjuse-teratech-2016ml.riec.tohoku.ac.jp) in writing of your request for cancellation/refund. Refunds will be made upon receipt of a
written notice, with 5,000 JPY service charge, if received by October 20, 2016. After this date, no refund can be given.
